Football is healing itself. Forest in the euro places, man utd mid table, your Wigan's, Bolton's etc gone back to obscurity. Just needs rid of Brentford and Bournmouth and we have 1985 football back again.

Oh and the sheep have assumed their natural level too, with no money in the bank.

Wigan Bolton and Muff all know/knew they were punching above their level, Wigan winning the cup was good for football.
Brentford though actually think they are one of the big clubs and are entitled to win things. Really quite bizarre and totally insufferable.

To be fair to Carragher, he's a boyhood Everton fan and as such I always think he has an understanding of what it means to support a non big 6 side even if he is a Liverpool guy.  He can see further afield than Liverpool FC. Neville on the other hand....
