A charge has been made by NFFC and Glas trust on all NFFC properties. Could this be movement on the ground redevelopment?

Looks to me like we have obtained development finance from Glas which we’ve secured against various assets including the City Ground lease.

It's interesting that the only properties listed on Colwick Road, are nos 21-23 (the apprentice property) and no 24, the end semi across the road (directly next to the stand). That suggests that the club  aren't (or haven't yet) 'buying up properties on Colwick Road to enable the Bridgford Stand development', as is being suggested.

Interesting director appointment made by Forest on Christmas Eve - former high level Labour MP and minister!

Not necessarily, could just mean that they didn’t put them up for security

Yet every other real estate asset is? Unlikey.

Unless they have been purchased by a third party to keep the sales under the radar while they negotiate with the other property owners.

You only have to provide security to the value of the loan though.

It’s pretty easy to find out who owns which house just through a simple proprietorship search on HMLRs website.

Yep, do this for my work. It's 7 quid a go.

Who's prepared to spend £50 quid and search half the street?

If this is financing for the new stand, it's a bit strange because I'm sure we will have heard on the grapevine that tenders had gone out for various elements of the build. I work in the local construction industry and haven't heard of anything happening in that regard yet.
