Suspect that photo was taken a few weeks ago, his summer on the beach look. Pretty sure the photo of Danilo is pre-injury.

Did make me think though, knowing how the Forest PR machine seems to work, if there is a picture of Dominguez on the social media channels he is likely to be staying and involved in the team.

Haven't read the full article yet but The Athletic has a piece about how Carlos Miguel's parents were murdered when he was a child as he was hiding with his brother. I think we often forget that footballers are humans too and I can't imagine the trauma that must have caused.

And on the footballing note I thought he had a really encouraging debut. I don't think he was as culpable for the goal as the commentary made out. He got down quickly to save it and pushed it to the side rather than straight out in front - it wasn't his fault our defenders weren't following up. He then produced three decent saves and followed up a couple of dodgy kicks with one cracking long pass. And then of course the penalty save.

Lots to like there and I don't think it'll be long before he's pushing Sels for the regular starting spot.

An encouraging performance after an early setback which might have derailed others. But let's not get ahead of ourselves yet. Turner looked half decent when he first played games.

We must've been thinking same thing at same time. I was making a post on Nuno thread about Morato.
