Next Few Games

I watched the Arsenal game and thought Newcastle looked very good indeed. As people have said, similar in style with grafters in midfield and pace up top. Not sure who said full backs are weak, both were outstanding Saturday and Hall MOTM for keeping Star Boy quiet whilst Martinelli got nothing from Livramento.

It was me about fullbacks and possibly lazy as when I’ve seen livermento and hall they have been poor but with more games they probably have settled… didn’t see much of the Arsenal game other than the MOTD highlights whilst 3 sheets to the wind after celebrating being in the top 3…

We've been the better team all three times we've played them under Nuno, just one of them we had a reserve team and one we were screwed by a bad decision. 

I'd fancy us to win but it's going to be a tight game. Should actually be a decent one for the neutrals too I'd imagine.

Haha no worries, i think you're right in that Hall has struggled to break into the team especially when the replacement has been to stick Dan Burn there. 

However, he was very good against a top player in Saka which will give him confidence. This is not to do us down, I agree with the poster above its got the makings of a very good game in my mind as both teams are on par with each other i would say.

Probably the toughest run of the season. Actually think 4 points would be decent from those games.

Hopefully the mindset will be different though, whatever the outcome we should approach every game like the Liverpool one, with a gameplan to get a result, not just avoid a battering.

I think we could snatch a 0-1 at Arsenal. We will want to put the Newcastle result to bed and you can guarantee Nuno will be working on the frailties we showed against the Geordies.

I think we will. Look at Nuno's games against the 'big six' last season:

- Beat Man U at home
- Narrow defeats to Arsenal and Liverpool at home which included Matt Turner blunders and awful refereeing decisions which cost us
- Defeat at Spurs but Wood missed a sitter which could've changed game
- Same at home to Man C - played well but missed chances
- Narrow defeat at home to Chelsea having had the lead
