Ryan Yates
Yates just keeps on growing and improving.

You have to take your hat off to him.

The fact that opposition fans hate him so much is the greatest compliment he can have.
Panic on the streets of Croydon, Derby, Sheffield, Leicestershire.

The other week Macalister at Liverpool was ready for him and did nothing other than trying to get him booked. That presumably was as a result of the way Yatesy played him when he was at Brighton. He's getting a bit of a reputation as being our midfielder spoiler. Credit to him, he's really affecting games now, and getting in the heads of some top players.

Henry Winter very glowing about him in his match report yesterday.

Absolutely Sniff.
The perfect captain, and absolutely fundamental to the success we have had when going to the big grounds.

Mentality monster, and has got better year on year throughout his career.

Never write him off.

We all live in a world of Ryan Yates.
I still remember the fist time I saw him play on a crappy stream from the south of Spain, preseason.
I wrote, "He's quite a unit".

First minute at Chelsea the same. Yates raised his foot for a ball and the Chelsea player was down holding his leg as if he’d been scraped by his studs (he hadn’t).

I love how every time a manager has tried not to pick him, within a few games he's back in and they've realised the error of their ways!

Personally think there should always be a spot in the team for him and that's been the case for a while.

So when Sangare and Danilo are both fit does Ryan still get to start?

I think so, whilst he cant match the passing ability of Sangare, he offers much more in terms of fight and energy.

If I was picking the team then yes, Sangare isn't close to Yates IMO.
