Looks like a Calf Issue for Taiwo - Frustrating really, but if we get a good offer I think we take it and then replace him.

All the new signings looked good . Miguel nothing to do but confident with ball at his feet . Anderson could be a gem plays on half turn physicality drives with the ball good distribution. Moreira athletic looked positive.
Other mentions Murillo and Ola Quality think another LB (Loko/Araujo) and a ball winning CB and we are set defensively.
Sangare looks fit and although the opposition was poor today his performance was one of the 30M player we signed last season a good pre season he could be immense for us .
Danilo IMO might become pure best signing just gets better and better .
MGW should be playing tomorrow!!!
CHO will play for England again if he keeps going .

We were good today and could've had 7/8 easily with better finishing. Played more like it was the final friendly instead of the 1st.

Sangare looked much sharper & CHO very good. Anderson looked lively as well.

Maybe a touch of nostalgia but I think they need to go and hopefully it was just a window so that potential buyer scould have a look.

If the club is to make significant progress sentimentality is the last thing it needs. Its a different world now and the standards of last year and previous years are nowhere good enough.

Bring players up through the accadamy is something that can be worked on for a longer term project. Meanwhile the immediate priority is a leap forward now.

I thought for the first preseason game it was good and I personally thought the Chesterfield keeper pulled off some good saves rather than our finishing being below standard.

We have 20 places filled in the current squad not including the above 3. Add in Dennis thats another one on top. If you want to improve the quality by bringing in better players, there is no space for them is the harsh truth.
