So how do you call it then when a manger is interviewed for a job and then he is offered the job but in the end someone else gets the job instead.

There is no doubt about it. The Leicester managers job is going to be a tough gig next season. If Cooper keeps them up it will be a decent achievement.

He was given a deadline to accept and didn’t want to be rushed so didn’t make a decision by the time set.
