He never once did the job he was appointed to do.

Not fussed about Rusk but most PL clubs have a set piece coach and seeing as Nuno didn’t improve us one iota in this regard I really hope we do get one who he can work with.

Catching up with DT’s twitter Q&A, he is very positive indeed about transfer shenanigans, certain he would have been quick to put the boot in if he thought we had messed up.

Overall, he hasn’t had confirmation but Forest seem very confident now about PSR after apparently being twitchy about it a short while back. Still thinks we will be very close to limit. However deals done look excellent. Edit estimate is Ody went for profit, rumour €15 or £12.8m which would give PSR profit £9.4m. Crooked, broken system but we have played it well. Interesting article in the Athletic on Newcastle who were utterly shitting themselves up until the last minute and expeting a big points deduction.

Anderson he rates very highly and will be money well spent if he can stay fit. It wasn’t just the usual soundbites about Newcastle wanting to keep him ,they really were reluctant to sell but it was him or Isak. No theories about Forest signing Lyon players either.

Confident signing Anderson does not mean MGW goes the other way as per some theories. Murillo could still go but would only be for silly money.

Taylor seems to have changed his tune a bit since he saw what happened to his mate Neville ( EM suing the arse off him for inflammatory comments).

Or, more likely the issues that were in place at the time of his reporting have been dealt with and cleared. And lets face it, there were issues

Remember him fondly too. He was solid and reliable, a fine stalwart in a very good Reds team.

There were lots of good things too.

You can always find issues if you really want to, nothing is perfect.
