Whatever we do manager wise the decision needs to be taken quickly so we can get set for the summer. Pre season is big for us this year to iron out the deficiencies that plagued our season last year defensively.

Absolutely, 

I think he has us playing some decent football and what the players need is some self belief to carry on with it and also we need consistency week in week out. I know we can't always play good football but we need to learn how to win playing shite as well.

He also needs time to get his own players in.
This coaching set pieces issue is a myth.
The answer is simple- get a couple more huge CB’s in the squad to support Boly and attack the ball at corners (or prevent opposing big lads getting their heads on it.)
If we’d had Boly fit it wouldn’t even have been a talking point.

As an aside I love Williams but if Serge was still here I’d bet we wouldn’t have seen as may near post headed goals from corners. That’s why I think this team needs 3 CB’s.
