Appeal For PSR Breach

They won't give us a point back this week to effectively relegate Burnley. No chance. Not even The FA can be that immoral. Burnley have done nothing to deserve that. They need to know they are getting relegated  on the pitch Saturday.

I don't have any love for Burnley, but football would look stupid (again) were this to happen.

The reality is they've not done enough on the pitch for 36 games to warrant a place in the prem. They only have themselves to blame.

Looking at last years table if the points deduction would have applied then we would still stay up providing Leicester and Everton were also deducted points - it is a joke that Burnley and Luton could stay up because of our spending last year! Also, so many clubs in breach for next year anyway…

Burnley have been shite this season , if they get relegated because we get a point back from four that should never have been deducted in the first place that's nothing Forest as a club should feel bad about.

I thought it was going to be announced today. Can anyway make a guess as to when?

I wouldn't read too much into it with today being a bank holiday.

Kieran Maguire on that footy insider suggesting we could get 2pts back.

He knows nothing… the only way we get points back is if they agree that the late declining of allowable losses is mitigation that has been overlooked unfairly and that forest did all they could to resolve it as soon as possible - achieving best value with Jonno. I can’t but help think that there is little chance of any points back be coming our way

We will see, In my opinion they would have announced it by now if we got nothing back.

I'd like to think that the powers that be will look at the shambolic way this has all been handled and seek to improve it with clear time frames. The independent panel feels so secretive and the premier league gives zero communication.

It's unfair on us as fans but also unfair on the supporters of other clubs. If we were in Luton's place and the team we were trying to catch could be given points back or not. It just seems cruel and that nobody knows when or how or what. It feels like we've breached some official secrets act and compromised national security rather than sold a player several weeks too late
