Appeal For PSR Breach
I think after todays result, we wont get any points back, nor will we be docked anymore.

The powers that be will not want to be responsible for relegating any side based on their decision.

I think they will opt for the status quo and leave things how they were.

I tend to agree. I honestly that smacks of double standards because results on the pitch should have zero impact on it. But that is what happens when you allow decisions to drag on. It is harsh on Burnley and Luton but ultimately had we had no points deducted then they would both be relegated already

I think today's result makes it easier to give us some points back actually. Would've been more difficult if we were completely level.

David Ornstein replied to a Forest fan yesterday in his Q&A, saying he expects the verdict back early part of next week.

I don’t get this we ain’t getting any points back because we won. That’s not how it works, If we get points back we deserve them points, and the narrative that Burnley would get relegated without a ball being kicked is rubbish, they have won 5 games all season.

I agree. It should not work like this... but the system is so lacking in any transparency that we have no idea how the system does work.

I agree Plymouth. Why does it take almost two weeks to determine, no we dont get points back or yes we do? They know full well there are three teams depending on their outcome, not just Forest, irrespective of how many games each side has won all season.

Even just 1 point back would make such a big difference. Luton would need to win next weekend then rather than draw.

If not definitely wary of the Luton draw, Forest loss scenario next weekend and then we have to suffer the stress of the final weekend.

I see there is some talk surfacing that forest may get all of the points back this morning from the talksh*te podcast. Looking like the verdict will come tomorrow.

They are definitely suggesting we are confident to get a few back, but they kept talking about the possibility of them all back.
