Chelsea under scrutiny for the Hotel Sale, PL haven’t approved it so why haven’t they breached?
Everton also under big pressure, 160m loan supposed to be paid by tonight looks unlikely.

Yeah its bullshit isn't it, apparently PL haven't implemented the same rules as the EFL so far. All the articles I've read have suggested that the PL have accepted it. 

Not that a 10 point penalty would put them in relegation battle. By the sounds of it they plan on doing this again in June if they can get away with it though. I wonder how many others sides will do the same thing if this is allowed. Just like until the outlawed in the the EFL.

The Times have suggested it hasn’t been approved yet because of the price they sold for.

Rumour mill is that Bournemouth’s accounts have been cooked and EPL are looking for blood - especially as they have done us and Everton. They have basically lied allegedly.
