NFFC Financial Talk
Well that to me confirms it, absolute farce.
Making it up as they go along.
We’ve been well and truly tucked up.

I don't think the big man will let this go especially if we don't get no points back. I would say war it is then.

Apparently we may have a case against Bournemouth and Fulham too regarding promotion bonuses. It appears that they have included them in their accounts when we weren’t allowed to. The whole thing is farcical. How can you make up a punishment mid-season and then apply rules differently to each club?!

The only way the Premier League can get out of the sh*tstorm they've caused is to give everyone their points back and get the new rules sorted for next season.

Yes, I have always said that he won't just roll over like a soppy old dog and I have seen nothing to change my mind unfortunately.
Panic on the streets of Croydon, Derby, Sheffield, Leicestershire.

Absolute disgrace, 6pts for 19.5m and then 2pts for 16.6m, and they potentially have another hearing too.
I have had enough of this league if we don't get any points back we should get all back now imo.

Apparently Everton's two point deduction is only for the breach they've admitted and they could still get deducted more.

oh ffs, it rumbles on. No way will that deferred charge get heard, determined and appealed before the season's end.

So Covid Allowances wasn't a mitigating factor for us which was 9.7m which is probably a loss in Revenue.
But the Ukraine War is one make it make sense.

They dont know how to apply the rules themselves and the point deductions are clearly made up on a whim. Its a joke.

However looking at the logic if there is any you would think a greater chance of our own appeal being successful.

I do hope this gives extra to our appeal and predict that we might get 2 points back and more importantly an admission (therefore accounting taken forward) that our promotion bonusses and Covid allowances should not have counted towards the PSR.

Then I think we only went over by £3M or something?? And wouldn't have to fire sell anyone this summer prior to June 30th just to comply with their stupid rules??

So their 6 would have been -3 breach and -3 for level of breach and then 4 extra for something else that they then gave back.

Like I’ve said on the other thread by their first offense and our offense a breach is minus 3

Hopefully we can argue we want 1 point back Cus a breach is seemingly minus 2 now and maybe a point back for amount of losses because we’re sure to get money back by using the Bournemouth and Fulham evidence etc
