The appeal will be concluded by the 15th April, if we then take it even further to the court of arbitration that it will have to be heard by the 24th May.

3 points for a breach
3 points for the amount of breach -2 points for mitigation and cooperation

I think we've done well tbh. Significantly higher breach than Everton but deducted 2 points less.

Might be better off just taking the certainty and moving. Beat Palace in two weeks and jump back out of the relegation zone.

Breached by £35 million - This club is so badly run, what did they think would happen?!

So selling Brennan for £30m wouldn't have covered it then
edit: scratch that, just seen Brentford increased their offer to £35m & Athletico Madrid offered €50m

We definitely shouldn't appeal given the size of that breach. Absolute madness that was allowed to happen. Potentially just lost everything for the sake of signing Sangare

3 points for a breach
3 points for the amount of breach (£34.5 million over!!!) -2 points for mitigation and cooperation Bang to rights. I hope we just take the -4 and move on. But it would be such a Forest thing to appeal, kiss goodbye to the cooperation leeway and make things worse for ourselves.

Take our medicine and concentrate on surviving now. Having skim read the report that's now available.
Interesting that uncle Vrentzos has never been away. |
