On EMT, Natalie Jackson has said we should find out the verdict by the 15th March, A week to appeal takes it to the 22nd March, Appeal Board appointed by 29th March, then appeal hearing done by the 15th April.

That was the date Percy reported earlier. Everything including appeal done by mid-April.

Yes, isn’t our timescale something like - hearing 7/8th March. Decision expected by 15 March. Any appeal in by 22 March then Appeal decision by 8 April? So in theory we should know our punishment on the eve of the Luton game like you say.  

I know ours and Everton’s cases are supposedly different and will be heard by separate independent panels but makes me wonder on the appeal front. Usually there is a time limit to appeal so what happens  say it is decided against us and we get deducted 6pts and then the other panel decides against Everton but should only get 3pts deducted but that decision isn't made until after our appeal time expires? Surely although different cases there is some link between them in terms of ensuring any punishment is fair?

According to the Athletic today Forest must have the case concluded and begun an appeals process by 15th April. 
The appeal then has to be completed by 24th May.

There is some confusion here. 24th May is the “backstop” date stated by the PL for the conclusion of all appeals by all clubs, in other words the last date when relegation places are decided.

Forest appeal will be “heard and concluded by 15/4”. Everton dont have their date yet hence 24/5 still going around.

My opinion if our deduction is 3 points or less we walk away and don’t appeal.

Another argument to throw in is that Leicester have failed EFL PandS rules yet have been found to have no case to answer as they were a prem side. I hope that has been noted for our defence!!!!
