Big game this one, Is it a must win, I think it is. You know what I find crazy West Ham have scored 6 goals more than us and conceded 2 less than others but they find themselves 15pts ahead of us.

It's becoming frustratingly straight forward.
Defend set pieces properly- we should win.
Defend like we normally do- we lose

West Ham looked like they had thrown the towel in on Moyes.
Play with energy and out run them. They are an ageing side

The time zone is the same so no jet lag you’d hope, and he’s played pretty much every game so should be able to get back to it

I would expect West Ham to continue with pretty much the same team as normal, as they have consistently played the same first eleven with very minimum changes unless forced via injury and suspension.
4-2-3-1 with the focus on width, Long balls into high % win areas and behind the back line for forwards to run on to. They are known for attempting crosses often and taking a lot of shots from outside the box. As build up play goes they like to play in their own half before playing direct passes with a set up for winning the second ball further up the pitch and repeat. This directness makes they very strong at counter attacks and rely on skilful players to drive themselves forward.
Things worth noting is West Ham are very similar to Forest in that they have a habit of conceding freekicks in dangerous areas and struggle to defend those set pieces. Also, with the counter attacking game plan and the cavalier attitude they implore when breaking leaves them open for through balls and attacking overloads.
Could be a very interesting game to watch especially with the players pride from the West Ham team on the line, will we see them come all out for this. Don't think the players have given up on Moyes yet but their fans sure have.
I personally feel Forest need to take control of the match from the start and get the away fans to turn on their team, early goal would be a bonus but if not then possession is a must. If we let them play themselves into this match then it will only end one way.
Do we have enough to do what is required i have my doubts from what i have seen but fingers are crossed.
Heart hopes for a win, Head is thinking a draw might be possible.
