Cooper's football has infuriated me at times but I still have deep respect for him. It is time now for new mamager to take us on. As others have said an elite coach and coaching team to take us to the new level. We will be eternally grateful to Cooper but this is the moment for someone else.

No it isn’t

Meanwhile in Turkey

If you watch carefully you can spot a certain Jonjo Shelvey at the end.

EM has converted more debt, £11mil. That’s a lot altogether now isn’t it?

Is it about 100M that has been converted now plus about 300M on transfers and the initial investment to buy the club.

That is close on HALF A BILLION.

Fantastic commitment.

Yep saw that. EM is in this for the long haul unlike some “get to the PL and rake in the funds” owners. We are lucky to have him here.

There is also the following video with our new chairman. Not huge detail (although vastly better than that bag of hot air, Randall). Talks about our long term commitment to the CG and progress on PT stand amongst other things.

Saw this in one of the recent athletic articles and even though it was in the past did give me anxiety about how much do those who own and control us see us purely in business terms more then as the football club as an entity.

Obviously Raiola has passed away, and the relationship with Mendes is slightly different, and you’ll all tell me that, that probably happens at every top club in Europe. It reminds me of the 3rd Goalkeeper we had in the year before promotion, though just looked and it’s Cus he was lamouchi’s keeper at Rennes so we signed him and then sacked sabri 4 weeks later…

I have always said that there is more than the eye can see where some of our transfers are concerned when some were questioning why we bought a certain player.

Sometimes you have to settle for a bronze medal before getting a gold medal.

Well looking at the results so far have to say he made the right choice to change manager and pick someone who was willing to let the shackles off
