Don't forget our fans were singing Sabri Lamuchi's name after he had been dispatched and Hughton was in charge! Hence why I suspect Coopers name will be sung on saturday, even if it is only if we are getting beat

Pleased to say that anyone on social media saying they will boo or not support the team is being roundly shouted down and ridiculed. Very confident the crowd will be fully behind Nuno and the team on Saturday.

I suspect his name will be chanted but hopefully only at the beginning of the match otherwise disrespectful to Nuno. Let's hope the players respond also for a fresh start

I would be amazed if his name is not chanted but not in the context of complaining of his removal but as a show of respect and appreciation for what he has achieved.

The fans are already divided. The onus is on Nuno to win the sceptics over by improving the performances similar to what Cooper did when he arrived. Cooper wasn’t just any manager, he connected the fans and city with the club like nobody else since Cloughie. To sack him whilst we were five points above the relegation places was never going to go without a strong reaction. It was a bigger decision than sacking any other manager since maybe Frank Clark.

Jack with respect I think your posts are a bit narrow minded.
There is a much bigger picture that you always fail to mention.
I get it that you are pro Cooper and that is fine but for all the good there was also plenty of bad that you just don't want to see.

Fair enough. I have expressed my opinion. Will leave it until the end of the season when we will know how the decision has panned out. Like all supporters Ihope it is right one and the new manager starts on a positive footing by getting the points from this game. We need them.
