Assume they do defensive work too.
The ability to deal with a ball into the box without treating it like a live hand grenade would be nice.

This seems like excellent news, hope to see a few funky set pieces on Friday. I noticed MGW had been finally taken off corners against Wolves. Be nice if we do bring in a new attacker if we targeted someone good at taking set pieces.

We did last year. He was called Scarpa. Never took one set piece, utterly baffling.

I can’t believe we don’t have currently have someone other than Toffolo either.
Dominguez? These are Premier League elite footballers for goodness sake. Surely more than one of them is capable of hitting a dead ball accurately?

In other news, I’m glad panini don’t do stickers for managers, also some players may have left before I’ve even got their sticker

With Nuno in charge, I wonder if we will see Scarpa come back in January ?

From the BBC Nottingham Twitter feed:

Nottingham Forest have confirmed more departures from the first-team coaching set-up.

After Steve Cooper was sacked on Tuesday, assistant coach Alan Tate has also left the club, along with first-team goalkeeping coach Danny Alcock and head of sport science David Tivey.

Forest say the trio leave with the club's best wishes, adding: "We extend our thanks to them for their incredible contribution during their time at the City Ground."

First-team coach Steven Reid and head of performance analysis Steve Rands will both remain at the club, and discussions will be held soon with Andy Reid.

TBF both Tate and Alcock were part of Coopers problem in terms of not having that extra bit of experience to move forwards. I can't really comment on Tivey cos I've never heard of him. Andy Reid is, of course a club legend here but I am not sure if his coaching is as good as his playing or not. I guess I would hope he will stay on, but that is more down to sentimentality rather than knowing if he delivers on the training ground or not

This also opens the door for Nuno to bring in his own people.
