Funny, when he came on in the 95th minute for NFFC there were the normal screams later of "he played a game and did not score or assist".

As I always say....look at minutes played.......not "appearances".

Scarpa played a total of less than 200 minutes for NFFC...............

If Awoniyi were judged the same way, Awoniyi would have been shipped out and sold off - but he was given game time due to no other options and look at how that turned out..........

Well, it may have been 84 minutes, but it's a start for the lad. I bet he's delighted.

I think it's his first minutes, in a first team game, for 18 months? Small steps, I would imagine he is delighted by that.

Ha! Yes it probably is his level to be fair. When he is motivated I still think there is something about him, his decision making seemed slightly better too, although that is a particularly low bar.
A bit surprised Nuno didn’t give him another chance in January considering our lack of options.
