How much can we put our manager through and expect him to succeed when uncertainty is all around him.
It's all counter productive to a successful working environment.

its becoming very disheartening for all. he should just go at this stage because this is just toxic

Perhaps we’ve lined up Rowett!

This whole situation is untenable, the club have to back him or sack him. My view is that he is finished and I am very unhappy at the way the club is handling the whole affair. Thought that they were better than this.

If the owner/board take the decision to part company with AK then it has to be because they feel it will increase the chances of achieving promotion. Nothing else would make sense. I don't believe the owner/board are stupid and will risk ruining the season. Promotion must still be on.

Interesting article in post from Birtles. It’s been written from the board I think to explain their thinking...Leeds papering over the cracks. It’s obvious that Anigo has been bought in for recruitment as they don’t trust karanka with the final push money alone. Karanka can also be a stubborn mardy got too so probably a stand off.
Shame - but parallels with Billy’s ‘advise and recommend’ and’ them and us’ attitude from Karanka. Any coincidence that these two have been successful managers? |
