To reduce the number of complaints about the ticketing queueing system, Forest are just removing the queue placing from everyone's screens so nobody will know if they're in queue position 1 or 1,000,000 when they join the queue.

What they need to do is only allow you to join once per account rather than on multiple devices and be transparent with it as you know the maximum amount would be 4600 in the queue as per the amount of away members. You cannot skim away tickets off the top then though I suppose.

Yep, this is clearly the answer, the club seem to have fooked the whole away ticketing system and then make worse decisions. 

Anyone found logging in one more than one device should also have their account suspended to apply for future matches for a defined period.
