I still think that come the end of the window we will be in good shape.

Unfortunately we might start the season a little under strength by the looks of things but I think it's worth remembering that the window doesn't close when the season kicks off.

So we might lose say Boly and Kouyate at the end of September and not be able to replace.

Struggling to see how, beyond pure blind optimism. 

Ultimately we've swapped Surridge & Dennis for Elanga, which is an upgrade but beyond that we're not even close to improving the key areas. 

Getting players in at the end of August when there's every chance we're bottom of the league wo t necessarily help

I reckon we will only be 6 points off the top spot come the end of August.
