As a professional sports physio I can confirm...

Scarpa needs to work on his hip flexor mobility, Danillo has excellent skin folds (low fat percentage) and a good job Felipe is such a solid centre half as certainly not a cyclist.

Scarpa needs to work on his hip flexor mobility, Danillo has excellent skin folds (low fat percentage) and a good job Felipe is such a solid centre half as certainly not a cyclist.

Would be very interested in your opinion as to the injuries Forest picked up last season.
Do you think it was simply bad luck or more to it? Were some avoidable?
Realise of course you can only make a best guess without first hand knowledge.

Makes you wonder if the admin team have been told not to show certain players directly. There was no horvath.

I assume the wales players have a few more days off. Actual all those that had international matches weren’t there I assume.

They didn’t show Toff, Drager’s season finished in May and the Swiss super league starts in 2 weeks so maybe we’re finalising that deal? Luzern made the europa league for next season.

Another new training vid released, still not focussing for a long time on certain players at the start, bowler and hwang look isolated which is fair seeing as they probably never met anyone when bought last year.

Lots of the older U21’s training too, those that went out on loan and those that will this season good stuff
