What a relief.. fantastic 2nd half performance.. still look so suspect defending set pieces... Felipe Finally has his win although he was caught out a few times tonight which I've put down to that early yellow card.

Hope neco going off was just precautionary as we need him in the run in

Will coops revert to same team (injuries permitting) he used against Liverpool for the Brentford game?

Only change I would make is Yates in for Freuler or Mangala if Yates is fit.

Yates can also then cover at one of the back 3 positions in the event of injury during the game.

Come on Steve, you worked out finally that having Johnno on from the start is not effective in the PL with our current squad as it makes the midfield too weak.........please note it and keep to it.............

It only took till near the end of the season to start having a pop at the lad. Pat yourself on the back.

Not at all. I have been moaning about him making our midfield weak earlier in the season.

Yes he is scoring goals, but we lose games.

Saturday showed what happens if you drop him and beef up the middle........we can play well and should have beaten Liverpool at Anfield.

We scored 2 on Saturday, and he actually missed a goal he should have scored to make it 3-3.

He is useful, but not as a starter...........you play either Johno and Taiwo or MGW and Taiwo.......but you dont play all 3 at the expense of controlling the middle.

Hopefully Cooper has finally learnt that simple lesson.

Johnson has got better, he works harder now.....he has been training well.........but ultimately if I had a choice it would be MGW and Taiwo starting with Johnson as the impact sub.

Some of you on here really are so far up Cooper and Johnson's bottom you cannot see the wood for all those damn trees in the way...........

This is not a Cooper fan club or a Johnson fan club........we are fans of the club, of Nottingham Forest and wanting the best for the club is what everyone should want.

Ermmmmmmmmmmm You were saying?

Why did he change the team that played so well against Liverpool.

Navas made a brilliant save to keep it level and then makes a mistake.....

But we all know when we play MGW and BJ then the midfield is S**t and we are constantly under pressure..... Everyone knows this apart from Cooper it seems.

Game of 2 halves....always.

Positives:
- Smugly reading through the comments from 1st half when I got home. (Would you care to make a positive comment now JWJW? Or Jolly?)
- 3 points at last.
- Individual error, went behind and roared back.
- Worrall again really solid.
- Williams showing why we paid so much fir him.
- Aurier. Superb.
- Lodi was outstanding- should we stay up we HAVE to keep him.
- Danilio o o o, always believed in you...
- Mangala superb second half.
- Turned it around after a really tough 10 minutes where certain players didn't put it in after we missed pen. Crowd really let them know but in fairness those players properly picked it up again.
- We are out of the bottom 3....
- 5 goals in 2 games...

Negatives
- Individual error for their goal.
- Williams' injury. Really looking the part lately.
- Got to stop missing chances.
- few hundred empty seats in away end.
- Got to be better at penalties!!

Got to follow it up now.

It does seem just as a playerstarts looking at home in the side, they get injured. I hope he's alright and it's precautionary but sounds bad.

We really are not having any luck with injuries. Any news on Niakhate?

Great win! Guy who sits next to me said Williams went to hospital in an ambulance. Cooper said in interview he had gone to be checked up. Fingers crossed

Just got back... What a game that was... What a difference it makes when we don't try to defend and hit on the counter. Even when Brighton were having the better of the game we went forward with purpose every time we won the ball. The injuries, the subs... It made no difference to the way we played because we played like we wanted to score and win. Worrall was excellent. Nico was excellent. MGW outstanding. Danilo was the player we thought we were getting. The whole team tonight can't be faulted. If we had played all season like we have done over the last 2 games we would already be safe. I hope cooper sees this and doesn't revert to previous performances.

The fans tonight we're on point... When the team needed support, especially after going a goal down, the noise levels went up. Best fans in the league.

If we carry this level of performance on then we will be safe. Let's hope the injuries are not too bad although Nico looked really hurt.

On to the next one
