I know that Everton result was massive. If Leeds lose I genuinely think our chances of survival have actually increased.

We know who we're competing with now, Everton and Leicester are not good either. We can very much still stay up, just need some things to go our way for a few games. Not saying it's likely but it's certainly not over.

Completely agree! But not the way we're playing.....

I was very concerned about a mitrovic less fulham.....but phew!

Probably not but I do think one win however it comes and confidence is reborn.

I havent seen much of Southampton but as far as I'm concerned we're the worst side in the divison by some distance. If we pip both Leicester and Everton to 17th then my god those two sides will deserve to go down.

They're pretty bad whenever I've watched them, as bad as us.

Both of those sides can pass the ball about a bit though Wassy and create the odd chance. We cant do either atm.

Sorry I meant Southampton. Although I think Everton are as bad as us, just slightly more stocked in CM and more prem experience. Leicester should not be in the bottom three however they look pretty shot confidence wise at the moment. I do fear one win could spark them but sacking Rodgers looks to have been a spectacular error so far. They do have a pretty weak defence too.

We're the worst but that doesn't mean either team gets loafs more points than us.

Agree when we play poorly we stink the place out Pap. But we were the better team vs Wolves imo and did ok vs Villa. Think 7-8 points will do it but really not sure where they are coming from.
Southampton Leicester Forest for me sorry.

Yep. Southampton, Leicester, Forest. 19th position for us, or maybe even 20th if Southampton come to Nottingham and do us, which you know is going to happen!

I reckon Leicester will escape and Everton will go but its a coin toss right now.

I would rather Everton go down if we do. They don't have a pot to piddle in and will be forced to sell anyone of any value. Leicester would lose players like madison but reckon they could be a big challenge next year. If we are to bounce back straight away, Everton and Southampton are less of a threat than Leicester in my opinion

Everton should get a punishment this season for massive breaking of FFP rules. In the EFL this would be a points deduction, not sure why the PL should be different.

Any news on the Everton FFP stuff?
A points deduction might save us and I’d take that as a means for survival right now
