Nottingham Forest - Wolves
Not trying to be funny here it is a serious question.

Does anyone know why our black players all wear some kind of white strapping on their hands or wrists?

I think the performances against Newcastle and Wolves has both been positive - the table doesn't really indicate this. Some strange decisions from the ref and VAR today - Brennan was clearly fouled in the box and we should have had a penalty. A soft decision but he had no reason to go down as he was goal side of his man. Not sure it was even checked by VAR! Podence should have been shown a straight red for gobbing in Brennan's face so hopefully he will get a retrospective ban but this does not help us!

I had the benefit of seeing the replays and slow motion etc and I think the ref got it spot on.

As a few have eluded to performance great, result not.

Funnily enough I am more positive after today then I was pre -Newcastle, I feel they've got enough strength in depth coming in to the business end of the season to start picking up results home AND away

So when they punched Podence in the face it doesn’t break a wrist?

Anyone know if it was a spit? People next to me thought it was.

If you take off an attacker and put on a defender then you invite pressure.

Wolves changed shape and went 3 at the back, 2 centre forwards man to man with our 2 CB’s.
They had Podence playing narrow and were going to cause us real issues had we not matched them.

If we didn’t make the change and conceded, people would still be criticising !

So we matched them and what happened?

Every man and his dog knew that when we took off Dennis we should have brought on Taiwo.

The penalty or the spit? I haven't seen the penalty in terms of replays but to me Brennan slows up and waits for the contact = penalty.

Yep, more positive after today

Annoying we didn’t win but that’s football. Much more like our old selves today

Cooper very brave with the team today and we were better than a team that’s spent £300 million on their team and been in the premier league for years

We’ll shithouse Leeds 1-0

The penalty the ref got it right and VAR did check it. To be honest Felipes foul on their bloke looked more of a pen. That one was checked too and to be honest I was surprised that it wasn't given.

Regarding the spit Podence did make like a spitting expression but no spit was visible flying through the air so I suppose they couldn't give it because of lack of evidence.

Someone said there was no contact on Brennan for the pen and no spit by Podence, just a spitting action.

Ok, thanks. I believe there was contact but i bow to those who have seen replays.
