A thought for those clamouring for Scarpa.

The one who he replaces in the team is Shelvey not MGW.

I know they play different roles but most of what Shelvey seems to contribute is trying long passes with the outside of his foot which never come off. Scarpa can do that and better, play Yates and Freuler behind him, top 3 of MGW Johnson and one other.

Maybe for another thread, but I know a few of us think including Wood has adversely affected the team. I would argue the same about Shelvey.

How Scarpa didn't get on the pitch earlier is criminal considering what the rivals for his position offered.

Agree on Felipe

Scarps didnt train most of the week and obviously has other things on his mind. I’m surprised he was even in the squad.

That's been going on for a while it's not something new, Scarpa's been here since December and he's trained as much as anyone else. He couldn't have possibly been less effective than MGW last night.

Scarpa needs more game time.

As per @MatteMoretto. #NFFC are not expected to make the €30m permanent signing Renan Lodi from Atlético Madrid in the summer.

Thats the problem with loans, when the player knows they wont be at the club the next season how committed are they?

Seems like an agent leaking this then, pretty annoying timing. Presume that means he isn't interested? I would've thought we'd have wanted to make it permanent if still in the prem.

It's not true anyway, should we stay up we ARE interested still.

As Danilo and Scarpa both played in the Palmeiras team together, their understanding of each others game must be telepathic.
Its a shame that they cant be tried together. Wolves will have their Portuguese players on the field I expect. Lets match them up with our 4 Brazilians !!

He's looked very committed to be fair.

If we stay up we will try to renegotiate the fee, if we go down he leaves and rightly so.

Thought Felipe was great again today. Hope he stays around next season no matter which league we will be in.

Danilo was good too.

No sign of Scarper but he became a father a few days ago.

Lodi had Traore in his pocket again too when he came on.

Felipe was immense - best player on the pitch by a country mile

Yep,  he really is decent.  I can see him going to a good side next season. Same with Lodi.
