I still think they're doomed. Them and Bournemouth I think will be the bottom two and everything else will be a mad scramble to avoid that third relegation place.

Disapponted we didn't get a point yesterday but maybe we didn't deserve it in hindsight. We all know that we get nothing next weekend. Hate to say it but come on Manure...

They're still definitely well in it. Gonna be exciting, stressful and nervy.in a few weeks once we've taken a few inevitable losses in this hard run. I hope everyone is ready for the stress again!

Wassy, maybe against the more fancied team coming up we start on the front foot? We have yet to take a game to the opposition this season, if we fail and go down it will be major point of regret that we spent most games defending the single point offered for the draw plus will probably be the downfall of SC.

Unfortunately Wassy I don't think everyone is if yesterday is anything to go by. Personally I am loving it win lose or draw. We are one of 20 teams playing in the best league in the world against the best player's in the world and we are doing okay and holding our head above water. What is not to like?

I have to say I wasn't sure it would live up to the build up but it has been great albeit a bit stressful if you think about the importance of games too much. A few games against the better sides is almost a welcome relief as we're not expecting/needing results. For me we've been fantastic, the ridiculous influx of new players, the injuries forcing us to sign even more players. Steve constantly having to adjust his tactics to fit the players we have. It's amazing we've got so many points already really. I just hope we can get a few players fit again to have some options. Yates and now Shelvey will really improve our midfield which since Yates came out has been noticeably worse. Exciting times! Shame we have City next weekend

Not sure that's a particularly great tactic tbh! We've done well to get loads of 1-0s at home recently, not sure why we'd go away from that. It doesn't make sense to open up against the better teams as they are better. Think we had it spot on yesterday. I think we're not intentionally sitting too deep either, just that if you keep passing it to the other team like yesterday you'll probably be forced deeper. Really hoping Shelvey/Yates can help us change that.

Not holding my breath but hopefully Man Utd and Liverpool can do us a favour today and tomorrow.

I think we need to remember that we were taking it to the opposition for quite a while at the start of the season and it didn't go very well!! Since being more pragmatic we've picked up a lot of points! |
