Feels like it's time for this discussion. 10 goals conceded from outside the area, 7 consecutive games is an incredible stat. I can't imagine any other team is close to that.
So, are we sensationally unlucky, terrible at closing down or is it at the feet of the keeper.
Imagine it's a bit of all 3. I can't remember all 10 but for example, last night I'd put on Henderson. Barnes goal for Leicester, could he have got into a better spot? Bournemouth one was just a miracle hit, that was bad luck that such a low % strike goes in.
Anymore?

I think it's a bit harsh criticising the keeper after what's been going on in front of him. And which keeper wouldn't be suffering from a lack of confidence after the goals we've conceded over the last month?
People are Samba was better, what would his state of mind be after this run? He's be a nightmare. Hughton dropped him after our bad run this time last season. He was rubbish.

Watch Henderson though, slow to dive on too many occasions and beaten at the near post last night. His kicking was diabolical too.
Agree the defence/midfield should be closing down more chances but you cant tell me that in all of those 10 goals the keeper was blame free.

Behind a paywall, can anyone tell me the gist of it?
Suspect it might be the xG of all those shots is very low.
I know what I see when I watch Henderson though, he can be slow to react on occasion.

Man Utd signing Jack Butland as No2 keeper. Possibly pushes Henderson further down the pecking order there. If we stay up I reckon its a given he signs a perm here in the summer.

Is he a hundred thousand a week keeper though?
