I think that a turnover is when a defending team wins the ball and gains possession. It's a rugby expression that works for them but is bollox in football.

The system is flawed currently but it wouldn't take much to improve it. People need to come to peace with it because it's not going anywhere - whether 'real' football fans like it or not.

I think better communication both in the stadiums and on the TV would solve some of the issues at least. Wouldn't be that difficult to implement either. The automated offside thing looks like it'll be decent when it's ironed out and a bit quicker. Otherwise stick a clock on decisions to be overruled rather than spending 2-3 mins looking at slow motion replays would also be good.
