Well that was stinking. BUT we dug in. Biancone did more than any other full back that has played this year.
The whole squad looks unfit though!

Villa game was a 30 yarder too, wasn't really the defences fault. The adjustment post Leicester has been effective, now we need to have some shots.

I thought it was a decent showing tonight. For the first time in ages we executed a plan. Clean sheet too. You've got to be happy with that. No mistakes too. Its Hughton ball I know but we've got to dig in this season.

lots of defensive organisation work seems to have been done and it's earning points.

Take the point and run.. Brighton battered us 1st half and should have scored in the 2nd... Some ok defensive performances but as others have said those front 3 just don't work.. I can see the midfield not bothering to join in any attacks almost like they know it's a waste of effort..

Lingard did a fair amount of running (well jogging) but did nothing constructive.. MGW seems to struggle getting the ball under control as it's forever bouncing around him..

Thought yates did well.. is definitely not very technical with the ball but likes a tackle, wins free kicks and love the way he winds the oppo up..

Midfield not joining in attacks is part of the reason the forwards struggle not because of it
