We'd better say no thank you.

I think it's more what Cooper will say.

Forest won't say thank God please take him.

If Cooper insists on talking to them though then what can EM do? Not much.

This is down to Cooper not EM.

Does seem strange that there’s been no progress with Cooper’s contract. Something isn’t quite adding up behind the scenes. Who would EM want to replace Cooper if he goes? Would Corberan come over from Oly?

Forest have booted managers out over the years at the drop of a hat.
It feels a bit uncomfortable to perhaps to be in the opposite position.

Hope not although the way he is going he will be getting sacked soon.

Yeah, I guess. Good points.

But what on earth has happened this summer to make Cooper go from achieving promotion with a club he was happy at and seemingly loved, and all set to sign his new contract, to possibly being keen to jump ship?

I will answer that when the time is right.

Fair enough Sniff, thanks.

Just can't believe after 23 years of pain and striving to get promoted, when we finally do, we're having these discussions.

Interesting thought. Would EM go for a tried and tester prem experienced manager (ie a Dyche) or an up and coming type from the lower leagues, or some random other foreign coach. Personally I don't believe any other manager other than Cooper keeps us up this season. If Cooper goes, we're down.

Even if (and I know it's probably not realistic) we appointed Pochettino?
