Stevie Cooper
Still massive conjecture of course but wasnt EM getting pally with Poch last season? Or have I got that mixed up with someone else? Im sure it was a big name manager.

I know people thought that Poch was pictured at one of EM's seafood restaurant get-togethers but it wasn't him.

I hope we have already got our succession planning in place in regards to Cooper.

For fooks sake he hasn't gone yet. As long as we finish 17th who cares for now. We'll sneak points in places people wouldn't expect.

On the basis of the ambitious recruitment drive, you would have to assume we would look for a high profile coach.

Could we even attract a Poch calibre coach.

Dyche wouldn’t fit the bill for me.

Why are we even discussing who may replace him?

Why not? It doesn't do any harm. Hopefully it won't come to that but of course it's a possibility.

Purely in the event that Potter going to Chelsea leads to a domino effect of Cooper to Brighton. Very hypothetical

Rodgers? Might not be everyone's cup of tea (and don't let him have control over transfers). However, a class attacking coach, likely to be available soon.

Plays 4 2 3 1 attacking

Has only signed a year's deal at athletic bilbao, so compo would be cheap

The timing is terrible, if it happens in a few weeks and we've won a few games and started to settle then he likely would stay regardless. Just feels like there's a window right now where he's slightly more vulnerable.

What makes you think he wants to stay Wassy?
