Well I was wrong about Kouyate. Playing much better than I thought he was capable of. Happy to hold my hands up and I hope he keeps playing like this.

Just not with Yates or Colback next to him.

Today was the opportunity to get a foothold in the league, something to build on for the next few games. Now we've blown it and confidence will be on the floor. I dont know how you come back from this really.  Go and get a 0-0 at Leeds i suppose and stop the rot, but i can't see that happening.  I think starting Dennis ahead of Brennan is probably a start.  Maybe alongside Awoniyi.

He should've done that today. I know it's easy to say with hindsight (though I did post a team with only one of them beforehand) but I just don't think we can play MGW and Lingard together. Or if so it has to be with Awoniyi or Surridge in front of them - not Johnson.

I'm hoping this is a rock bottom moment. After the euphoria of promotion, the crazy transfer window and a tricky start, this will be a wake up call to every player that no one has a god given right to wear that shirt whether they came up or whether they've signed for big money or have a big rep.

In the second half we were yes. Not great in the first half but at least we looked solid at the back.

Agree with what has been said about lack of true centre forward.
That the defence needs to tighten up is a given. 11 goals in 6 days is some achievement.
What has Freuler done wrong not to get on the pitch?
Thought both wing backs poor today, Neco way below his usual level.

Probably a bit too emotional to be doing this now, but having walked here, now sat on a bus fuming.

Positives
- We doubled our goals for tally in one game.
- We're still the top of East Midlands
- A couple of players played OK (Cook, Yates and maybe Lodi in parts)
- We have Steve Cooper to get them sorted.

Negatives
- So many individual errors all over the pitch (this has nothing to do with being not good enough for this level, this amount of individual errors is similar to the start of last season and would have a Championship team struggling).
- The cohesion is still looking way off.
- Although we were poor 1st half, having got two up, the capitulation is a worry.
- We were basically undone by a Championship side.
- We're in bottom 2 or 3 (depending on Man City smashing Villa 2nd half).
- Winning is a habit-so is losing, 3 on the bounce now.
- The atmosphere was alot different to last few games at The WFCG to say the least...

It's a long season and we have plenty of options for Steve Cooper to work with. The individual errors need to be cut out and no one will know that more than Cooper and the players. 

My wish for a clean sheet is looking more pertinent.

We were poor all game, I don't know if it's the after effects of the Man City horror show, but Cooper needs to get it sorted out and fast, I agree that Worrall and Cook need to be on the bench along with Johnson and Lingard, we need to be starting with Awonyi and Dennis up front and O'Brien in the midfield.

I honestly cannot understand how you can chuck a two goal lead away, Cooper picked the wrong team and lost it in the second half, we are shipping goals at an alarming rate and it needs to stop, he can start by dropping Cook and Worrall for a start, and sort that midfield out.

As I see it this was Coopers loss. Why on earth did he bring JC on? When O’Brien has played so well. To throw away a 2 goal lead is unforgivable. I would imagine the owner will be fuming. Pressure is now on.

I thought the colback sub was strange given the options. As much as I respect colback, he should not be getting on before o'brien or freuler. He is useful to maybe help see out a game when leading but it felt strange - like he lacks faith in the new signings
