I just hope Wozza, Yatesy and the other lads are emphasising to the new boys that this is a grudge match after they beat us at the end of last season. Yatesy conceded after that game that we just didn't turn up and froze under the pressure of the occasion. Saturday will be a great opportunity to put that right.

Lingard was rested for City, he'll definitely come back in. Brennan/MGW were also subbed early.

Bournemouth got a clean sheet on Wednesday after their thumping at the weekend. That was a good result in the circumstances. They may have developed a little bit of confidence as a result. And they even may be feeling a bit more free after Parker's sacking. I just hope our last two results haven't eaten away at the optimism that was flowing through our club before them. I'm certainly feeling less confidence here. Yes, we can write off a defeat at Man City as being an inevitability, the same with the Spurs loss perhaps, but defeats eat away at sides.

What's Dennis/Awoniyi/even MGW done to start above Brennan?

Brennan spent almost an entire game chasing shadows against City, so I’d bring him off the bench for impact. I think we need more physical presence around the opposition box, hence the other two.

Whoever plays there is going to have to deal with Keiffer Moore. Something no Forest side that I can remember has managed to do.

I hope if we go behind the crowd don't lose faith, would be understandable in the circumstances. It does really feel this game could define our early part of the season, a convincing win could really be the start of a run and likewise a loss could really put us under the pump.
