Sooooooo, when's this contract getting signed then? Got 9 days between Bournemouth and Leeds games, if it's not done by Leeds, is it time to panic?

I may have been already signed judging by Taylor's article this morning and the sensitivities about the leaked information from a few weeks ago.

I dunno. Maybe because Cooper maybe doesn't want his personal affairs plastered all over the media? Or he thinks the news will just ramp up the pressure on the entire team? Or the management of the club think they are treading on eggshells if Cooper was upset about the leak and they dont want to go there again just yet?

I don't understand this sensitive info. I heard it and later read it on a Greek website very close to Marinakis and Olympiakos that Cooper had agreed a 12 month extension, It didn't appear to be any kind of secret, not in Greece any way.

might not be any need for it because i think if they don't win tomorrow or get a good result of some sort he will be half way out the door , tomorrows game is very important for him and the team .

I don't think you back a manager in the window like this, to turn around and sack him if the side loses. For what it's worth, I agree that tomorrow is very important and a game we should be winning. It is a far more important game than Wednesday night. I also think we will win. But either way, cooper won't be half way out the door if we lose. He has a newly assembled squad, he will need some time for them to blend and become a team. But if anyone can do that it's cooper.

do think they will be happy after giving him that much to spend on players if they loose to a team that got promoted same time as us that hasn't spent as much and at home. I'm afraid you don't have time in the PL no matter how much we want it we don't have it.

We're not even doing that badly so far.

We've also played 4 of our 5 games against top 8 from last season. All of which have improved since then. Plus, not sure if you heard but we signed 20 players, it's not just going to click overnight. |
