He was replaced last year by Jota, although they actually have a proper striker again in Nunez anyway this year.

More like Man City were last year or even Chelsea with Havertz. It would be bold, I'm unconvinced it'll happen but I guess we can assess that when we see what squad we end up with.

Think we change to a 4-3-3 with the players we are signing and linked too but if all these are signed we look very Good .

I think we will start to move away from best 11, and make it a best 16. Power of subs is so important.
We will need to be able to play with back 3 or 4 depending the opposition.
I also believe we may tweak home/away formations/players slightly.

Taiwo? Mentioned him above...I assumed he was more guaranteed than the others based on his hold up play. Or did you mean Dennis?

20m including add-ons, 12m base fee. Does it count as the record signing if the add-ons haven't been met yet? 

Yeah on bench to begin with I guess, no idea though really! Maybe he gets in ahead of Taiwo in a 433 where hold up play is less essential? 

Pretty tricky decisions to make, going to be tough to keep Lingard, MGW, Brennan, Taiwo and Dennis all happy if we're only playing 3/4 of them each game. I know we have to use lots of subs but top players will expect to be starting most games. Ah well as long as it helps the club do well!

Didnt realise only £12m up front for Dennis. To be honest I dont get it either, Do we know how any of these deals are structured? How much upfront did we pay for Taiwo?

To be fair I think all the 5 names mentioned will rotate and if fit be on the pitch at some point over 90 mins
Prob start MGW Johnson Lingard as 532 swap to 433 with Dennis Taiwo Johnson maybe with MGW dropping back. Gives a lot of flexibility.
