Considering that Toffolo was supposed to be the make-weight in the O'Brien transfer I though he was very good and made the Forest goal. O'Brien was MOTM for me closely followed by Henderson. The new players signed in the last 24 hours plus the ones still to come in are going to have to play out of their skins or be exceptionally good to make the starting eleven! Praise also to SC as he seems to have instilled the team sprit into the squad in a matter of a few weeks, good lad.

Most encouraging thing for me was that, despite them finishing 7th last season, there was little between the sides. Yeah we rode our luck a bit but we'll also play better than that and have got at least five more players (counting Yates and Colback) to come into that squad.

What I learned today.

1. We're going to be okay
2. O'Brien and Tofollo are both Premier League standard, both were outstanding, especially 1st half.
3. Lingard can create even when he miskicks.

5. Mangala is a great piece of business, faded in the second but saw some glimpses of his passing range.
6. They need to develop alternative strategies for Johnson, beating his man for pace is not an option in the Premier League. In the 2nd half he came inside onto the left more often and finally got on the ball and had opportunities on goal.
7. We have England's No.1 in goal. As per last week I thought he was outstanding.
8. Worrall and McKenna can make the step up.
9. Awoyini always seems to be in the right place.
10. We're gonna be okay.
