Presumably this is the same PL that allowed those lovely people who took over Newcastle plus many others owned by shady billionaires the world over.
Yes, that's what I was thinking.
Can't imagine there being any issues.

I don't want to get ahead of myself here, but what happens if by some miracle Forest qualify for Europe along with Olympiacos?
Can two clubs with the same owner compete in the Champions League?

There are reasons why Kominakis is involved and also Milto too but I think we are a long way from that.

We were a long way from promotion in October.

True, but to answer your question it won't be a problem because Kominakis or Milto will become majority owners (on paper).

Milto made a great speech in Athens last night and couldn't hide his delight at Forest being promoted to the PL.

Would be nice to hear young Milto do an interview now it is generally accepted he is officially involved with the club. Would have thought his english is pretty good after studying here, would think he realises the value of communication with the ownership.

If it was down to me, if I was EM, I would transfer the ownership (on paper) over to Milto now, to avoid any raised questions should we qualify for Europe over the next season or two. Prior planning and preparation prevents piss poor performance and all that!

Id imagine there'd be rules preventing close family members owning different clubs though. And ultimately, no matter who is the owner on paper, its EM who is the utlimate owner and everyone knows this.
If we show signs of sucess in the prem I could see EM passing the Oly ownership on, not us.

Anyone else find it interesting that David Johnson in his tweet mentions and praises both Milto and Evangelos but there was no mention of Dane anywhere. Just saying

No there's nothing in this at all. Dane very busy making us Premiership ready in terms of infrastructure etc.
