We had some great times under Frank, especially bearing in mind the characters he had to manage in the dressing room.

Yes it was a very enjoyable period in our history and watching Stan Collymore ripping defences apart was great to see but we were far from being a one man team we had some fantastic player's under Frank.

Probably had nobody half as good since although Davis does have a slight touch of Stan about him at times.

I remember being quite excited by this signing. Didn't really work out for the lad did it? Cant remember what happened to him.

We signed Colin Cooper and then sold Tiler to Aston Villa. As you said Pap it never really worked out for him at Forest.

You mean England U21 defender Ian Butterworth signed and we were all dead chuffed  plus they threw in some ex non-league player we knew nothing about into the deal as we were short at Left back (Had Kenny Swain just gone?).

I remember being excited that summer as I think we also signed Webby and possibly Robbo returned,  Brian Rice too if my memory serves.

Amazing to think the one completely under the radar became our best ever left back and one of the most inspirational figures to wear the Garibaldi ever.

Nobody saw it coming that's for sure. Most people were saying 'Stuart who'?
