Great news - very deserving he has progressed so much in last few months he is becoming a key player.

Fantastic news well done Ryan well deserved.

A couple years ago you could have said his excellent attitude was making up for some weaknesses in his game. Now his ability is no longer in any doubt and added to that we have someone who will literally run through brick walls for this club.

He has earned that contract with some fantastic displays since Cooper has arrived. Well on course for 10 goals this season.

I got it wrong about you Mr Yates. Please accept my apology.

Don’t post on here often but really happy Yates has signed the contract extension. Thoroughly deserved and is Forest through and through. Just makes you question why Brennan Johnson isn’t signing a contract extension and his loyalty. Think he will only stay we us if we get promoted otherwise he will be gone. Real pity as on his day he is one of the best in the Championship and his pace frightens defenders to death

Now let’s beat QPR on Wednesday and keep this run going. COYR!

Obviously carrying a shoulder injury but he gave everything yesterday and still went in where it hurts and he left nothing on the pitch. What a warrior and now he's added goals to his game too (think he has 8 this season).

I'm still amazed he finished the game whilst clearly in pain, making big challenges still! Warrior is very accurate

He got to be doubtful for Tuesday. He was grimacing with the pain. 2 days is no time to get over a persistent shoulder injury.
