The Championship
Home or away Millwall is always a tough game.

Hopefully Millwall will win on Saturday so they've still got something riding on their final match.

Based on Bournemouth's current form it's not a massive stretch of the imagination to see them not winning another match. There's a scenario where we could fail to beat them next Tuesday but still overtake them.

There are a number of scenarios. We fail to beat Bournemouth but still finish ahead of them however in 3rd place with Hudds 2nd. Or even we beat Bournemouth and finish 4th to Bournemouth and Hudds.
Thats why its each game as it comes and best to concentrate on beating Swansea first.

Sorry to be boring!

Apparently Keifer Moore came on and bullied them last night. He's a lad we all know about so you cant really criticise too much but Swansea might prefer to play against our forwards rather than him. Its a tough game. Being a time served Forest fan I'm still waiting for a wheel to fall off. I hope Saturday isnt the game.

Sounds like Brady was pretty influential too.

I didnt realise Huddersfield were so close.
they really could leapfrog both us and B'mouth as we are focussed on each other.

My worry more generally is we go all out for 2nd and miss out on autos but are then really exhausted or have injuries for the playoffs (as is already happening).
I think thats a real worry and I guess Cooper will consider things after the results on Saturday.

The EFL have given Keith Stroud another chance to ruin our season by giving him the Blackburn vs. Bournemouth match on Saturday. I'm sure they've won most if not all of the matches he's reffed for them this season.

This is my worry too, however playoffs is just a 1 in 4 chance of going up. Going all out for 2nd is still the best option. Can reassess after every game. Perhaps if we lose Saturday and Bournemouth won they might reconsider their options.

I think just look to rest players later in the Swansea game, get subs on early.

I think keith Stroud is from Bournemouth is he not? How is this allowed to happen. Can we have a referee from Nottingham in charge on Saturday please? No thought not.

They discussed it on the radio the other night - despite being from Bournemouth he is affiliated to the Hampshire FA rather than the Dorset FA so technically able to ref Bournemouth games - agree though shouldn’t be allowed !
First the points and then the pints….

It's just wrong. I can't believe it's allowed to happen.
Check his stats reffing Bournemouth

Stroud is a lifelong Luton fan.

I actually thought he was pretty good the other night.

I don't mind doing it although I retired from reffing some 10 years ago and have slowed down a fair bit, my eyes are still quick. I could do a good job and promise to be fair!

If Luton lose their next two games and Blackburn win both they overtake Luton on goal difference. Stroud can influence this potential outcome.

I'm amazed he is reffing Blackburn v Bournemouth
