I’m sure if he could he would invest more to get us up. I’ve heard on the grapevine that the parachute payments issue is going to be looked at to make a more level playing field in the Championship. No coincidence that our chairman is now on EFL board. FFP is hamstringing ambitious clubs like ours in favour of yo-yo small clubs. The EPL is also said to be worried that the same clubs keep swapping year on year without bringing anything new to the league. |
