I just have an irrational dislike of Scott Parker, has an air of arrogant southerner about him that I cant stand.
Think he is over rated as a manager, just landed on his feet with the clubs he has inherited.

Slightly off topic, but my Daughter was due to travel to Gateshead for a cup match today with Grantham Town. Gateshead phoned up this morning to cancel the game, so Grantham didnt have to travel all the way up there for nothing. We've got gusts of 90mph already forecast for where i am - usually english channel acts as a funnel for winds so wouldn't be surprised to see it postponed.
Even if it has calmed by the evening could be some significant damage plus is it safe to encourage travel when conditions are classed as life threatening.

I'm being a bit pedantic, but Cook couldn't get in Bournemouth side ahead of their central defenders.....then again their manager finished 4th with far and away best squad in the league 2 seasons ago then came straight back down (with Fulham) so maybe his opinion isn't all that.
You are right Zico, but don't you think Cook will use that as a stick to beat Bournemouth with? He will be out to prove a point, that he WAS good enough for their side and STILL is good enough!
Let's hope so. The 3 of them together do seem a particularly good blend though.
Bournemouth squad is an array of talent, so despite a pretty crap manager (How did Fulham only finish 4th a couple of seasons back with best squad by miles) I am very nervous.
