The Left Back Situation

Would be my choice, although a right back he has played a lot of games at left back and wouldn't be to bad as a wing back either.

Regardless on your thoughts as to his ability or effort it surely has to be Bong

I thought Richardson did ok in the cup games.

I thought Paul Richardson was a midfielder...

Update : Nottingham Forest a fait volte-face pour Drager et refuse de le libérer. Le joueur est « dépité » par ce qui se passe. La situation est en stand-by total.

Didn't know where else to put this.. but drager was due to fly out to doho today, forest are refusing to let him go.. the player is not happy

Drager is contracted to Nottingham Forest and we pay his wages not sure what his problem is.
He was on the bench at WBA and if Spence had to come off for whatever reason then Drager would have got on the pitch.
I agree with Forest's decision not to release him for a meaningless game/tournament or whatever it is.

I agree with Forest’s decision too. If the player has publicly let it be known he doesnt like it before he has even kicked a ball for us then that reflects pretty poorly on his attitude for me.
Both Drager and Silva look old school Forest signings, poorly thought out agent favours who will never play more than a handful of games for us. Willing to bet both moved on this summer.

I would bring Colback back into the team against Peterborough at left back. Thought Bongy did okay at West Brom but would leave him on the bench for Peterborough at home.

Yep, having lost his place in the side now if he wants to play in the middle he has to displace either Yates or Garner so left back or bench it is now for him. This is what we want, players really pushing for a start.

Agreed Pap. Yates and Garner were very good at West Brom and I don't see any reason to make a change there, we also have Ojeda waiting for another chance too. Colback to return at left back for Peterborough.

I reckon Sniffer and a few others will disagree but what about Garner as LWB? Got pace and energy, decent going forward and cross a ball well, certainly can put a tackle in, already established in the side, lets Colback move back to his preferred role.
The issue is he is right footed but ticks a lot of boxes.
