Is he looking at a map to Mordor?

Its a map showing the location of the dressing room. Apparently a lot of Forest managers seem to lose it….

Got to love that iconic Forest logo.

So if Rands is coming in too does that mean curtains for either Syrianos or Perperidis? Or are their jobs more on recruitment side and Rands would be more working with current 1st team?

Would assume Tate is coming in as direct replacement for Trollope?

Delighted we’ve got Cooper, and even more delighted he’s a Head Coach with recruitment being overseen by the team at the club. Forest finally moving into the 21st Century shocker.

Don't really know much about Cooper other than what I read and hear, but I'm glad we've got him simply because it's displayed a much more considered and thorough approach than the simple "Check CV and Win %" method which we seem to have employed in the past.

Hopefully now everyone is pulling at the same direction at the club and working as a team, as opposed to how we've operated in thew past. The fact that Cooper is already familiar with Mighten & Johnson from the England U17's is a bonus, and he spent naff all at Swansea, so will be used to operating under the toss circumstances which Vrentzos has created by bloating the wage bill with crap.

I'm optimistic.

Agreed with all of that post, Alf.

We've finally moved into the 21st Century with an approach that is about more than 'just' what happens on a Saturday.

If we get a 'couple of wins' I'll be 'cautiously' optimistic.

His 'love letter' to Forest fans.

How romantic.

He's just trying to get into my Forest knickers.
