Fantastic to win after so long. Unfortunately I was relying on the Radio Nottingham audio commentary on the Official website ( for which we have to pay £ 44) . Sounds like a bunch of Orangutans were in charge, as the commentary kept on dropping, and
sound engineers were coming on to the live feed. Looks like the shackles were thrown off, and a pragmatic game plan was put in to place. CH was a good man, but it seems he was too stubborn to try anything new. I hope that Steven Reid will be offered a place in the management team, as he totally out thought Carlos Cormoran tactically. Now there seems to be some joined up thinking, which hopefully can take us up the table. Off to have a beer or two !!

One of my big complaints with hughton is that we rarely posed a threat because we rarely had anyone in the box. It was refreshing that today, we had a few more players getting in there to support grabban and than in turn gave him a bit more space.
We've along way to go. We are still bottom of the league. So have to be realistic. But very pleased with the result - hopefully the confidence will start to grow and the new manager will hopefully hit the ground running

Well Derby are essentially below us as soon as they legally trigger it

Well done to Steven Reid today, he set us up as being hard to beat but playing for a win.
Pleased for Grabbs on his goal, Figgy and Samba on their clean sheet and Yates dominating the midfield.

I'm not sure that the EFL have got the guts to add 9pts to the automatic 12. All the talk of them being a huge club!! might just spook them into submission, we shall see? Whatever a much better Saturday night than usual. High pressing, forward movement, fast passing and a goal from a header! That's better.
