Like I have said
Paying comp to managers & backroom teams of managers we have sacked over a year ago
Paying off contracts of manager and backroom team we have just sacked
Paying signing on fee and new manager wages and backroom team
Paying compensation to their previous clubs
Its a great way to operate
We have sacked a manager every season for the last 10 years now.

Yeah I saw that but wasn't sure how that would work out being as they sacked him.
Unless there was some kind of agreement that, if he moved to another club in the same division within a certain timeframe, Swansea would be due a payment.
He’s on garden leave

Why would they - he has left. He may well be being paid his contract from Swansea that they would no longer need to honour once he has found further employment. That would then depend on him - does he want to sit at home taking Swansea’s money or get back in the hot seat and terminate his deal at cost to him.

Surely when Sabri found a job in Qatar which he did almost straight away then we stopped paying him. That is how it normally works isn't it?

If you use heat map and average touch counter for the players over Coopers time you would say he plays a 2-3-5 formation

He's still owed the money from Forest regardless, I believe they would've had to agree a compensation deal for the remainder of his wages at this point as otherwise Forest would've retained the rights to his services. Imagine these kind of things are built into the contracts in some capacity though.
I imagine the compensation to Swansea would be us paying out the remainder of the contract he was owed by them? Or certainly a portion of that so that they could settle with him.

#nffc ready to open talks with Steve Cooper, after Chris Hughton is sacked following six defeats in seven matches. Forest hope to appoint Cooper before the weekend, with new CEO Dane Murphy leading the process.
Danes choice then.
Danes diary
Wednesday night sack Hughton
Thursday morning appoint Cooper
Thursday evening fly to USA
Friday get married
This a little too Solomon Grundy and that did not end well.
