It was me. 

Having seen the last two games I think the margins are fine, could easily have been two wins.

We may not have the best players in the world but we we are better than we are showing.

Complete failure across the board (apart from Murphy who hasn't really been here long enough to have a major impact yet).

But CH has to go the second a good alternative is available unfortunately for the simple fact that we need to try something different because of the shituation we're in.

I hate sacking managers but, despite the crap-ish squad, Hughton's method's aren't a good fit for it regardless sadly.

Was going to write something funny but boss came over and rather than hide the screen i ended up hitting post and well anything i write is just worthless now.

Fine margins maybe, Boro offered nothing last night, but isnt that where you want a manager who can extract that extra 10%?

I have been on the fence until now, prefer stability but CH is broken sadly.
We ended up playing Lolley and Grabban in deep central midfield and Silva who is never a striker up top.
If we are going to get out of it with the squad we have surely we need someone else to do it?

My gut feel is that we are on an inevitable spiral into League One no matter who is at the helm. CH is partly to blame for that, however there are larger elements that are ultimately dictating the outcome, which to me feels unavoidable.

I've been quite vocal about CH and his shortcomings, I believe we should have better achieved than we did in 2020/21, by some distance.

You only have to have watched the last three games to see that this squad can perform in excess of the results being achieved but what's the point in changing if we are only going to cause further self-harm in January or Summer 2022.

Fine margins up till last night but we're now dealing with low confidence and a level of dejection of being a 'relegation side'. I saw the first signs last night that its a bit deeper than being 'just' beaten.

Let's hope we get a manager in who can pull everyone together and magically find goals up top.
